Deborah graduated from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center as a Goodwin Scholar. While in Law School, she dedicated hundreds of hours to pro bono work that benefits seniors and earned the highest award available. Deborah had her internship under the guidance of now-retired Hon. Renee Goldenberg.
In 2020, she was recognized as a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star. This recognition shows Deborah’s competence in the legal field as no more than 2.5% of lawyers in any state are named Rising Stars.
She prides herself in giving clients a warm, personal touch as she deals with every case. Deborah has the ability to put her clients at ease, especially as they face sometimes stressful and daunting legal procedures. At the same time, not losing an aggressive approach to ensure her client’s rights are protected.
Melanie graduated magna cum laude from the University of Central Florida and holds a Juris Doctorate from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. She was President of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity while in law school and has worked as a research assistant to her professors.
Melanie has been working on estate planning matters as early as her internship years. She realized her desire to work in the field of estate planning and probate early and has been helping people create plans that can prepare them for the future.
She uses her knowledge and experience in the field of estate planning to assist her clients in understanding the importance of preparing for the future and how they can protect their assets and family with an adequate estate plan. Melanie’s compassion and dedication are seen through her consistent volunteer work with various organizations such as Second Harvest Food Bank and The Mustard Seed of Central Florida.
